Shipping Questions

At FORAH, we take care to ensure each order is packed with precision and shipped with the same integrity that defines our products. Please note that we do not ship on U.S. or Canadian statutory holidays.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States, Canada, and the European Union.


When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If extended timelines apply, they will be noted on our website. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Where do orders ship from?

  • Canadian Orders: Fulfilled from our Ontario warehouse.

  • U.S. Orders: Fulfilled from our New York warehouse.

  • International Orders: Fulfilled from our New York warehouse.


Will I be charged duties or taxes as a Canadian customer?

No. All Canadian orders are shipped domestically from our Toronto-area warehouse, ensuring no duties or additional import fees are incurred.


Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, once an order has been packed or transferred to our shipping partner, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you need to make a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate where feasible.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt. To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.


Do you ship to PO boxes?

We’re unable to ship to international PO boxes, including those in Canada. If a PO box is entered at checkout, our team will reach out for an alternate address, which may cause delivery delays.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

  • U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD.

  • Canadian Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes. Orders below these thresholds are subject to standard carrier rates.


What if my package is lost or stolen?

If tracking information shows your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local postal carrier. If the package cannot be located, please contact us and our team will help file a carrier investigation.
Please note that FORAH is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.


How can I confirm the expiration date of my product?

If your product does not display a printed expiration date, please locate the lot code on the packaging and share it with our team. We’ll verify the batch information and confirm the expiration date for you.
