How fast is your shipping?
Our orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday by 2pm PST from our USA warehouse in LA, California, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska or Canada. Orders outside of North America vary on a case-by-case scenario. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend Canadian or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.
Do you ship to international PO boxes?
Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery. This includes Canada.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Deliveries to Canada and to some countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend, US or Canadian holidays.
Can I get my international order faster?
Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping outside of Canada & USA. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 3-8 business days, and sometimes quicker!
What is your online return policy?
As we cannot confirm that a product has not been tampered with or used we do not accept returns at this time.
