How fast is your shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our Canadian/USA warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend Canadian or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
We ship to PO boxes, military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please select the PO Box checkbox in the Address section during checkout.

Do you ship to international PO boxes?
Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Deliveries to some countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

How fast is your international shipping?

Can I get my international order faster?
Right now we do not offer expedited international shipping outside of Canada & USA. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will receive your order within 3-8 business days, and sometimes quicker!

What is your online return policy? 
For online orders, we accept products in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers!

You have 21 days from the ship date to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. 

FORAH monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

What if my return is late? 
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift? 
Final Sale items cannot be returned. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions please reach out before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

When will I get my refund? 
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our HQ and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How do I return an order from within the U.S.? 

For your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Login to your FORAH account, click on 'Orders and Returns' and follow the on-screen steps to create and print a prepaid return label. Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at drop off location or schedule a pickup.

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

How do I return an order if I checked out as a guest? 
For your return, please:

  1. Visit our Order Lookup page.
  2. Input your email address and order number. Click "Create Return" and print your label.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at drop off location or schedule a pickup.

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

How do I return an order from outside the U.S.? 
We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., just reach out to Customer Service with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will provide a prepaid return label. There is a $20 fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. Sorry, but this service is not available for some countries right now; if you're in Puerto Rico or Hong Kong please send back your products using your own courier.

In your return please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Tape the prepaid label on the mailer.
  3. Get the package to the courier.

You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

In your return please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Send us the mailer using your preferred carrier. Please declare it as "9801 - US GOODS RETURNING" on your commercial invoice and keep your tracking number for your records.
