A space to shape what comes next.
FORM is a mentorship initiative created for people exploring new chapters in creativity, work, and identity. It is a space for refinement, expansion, network and new direction—anchored by thoughtful conversation and creative guidance.
Each mentee is paired with a mentor aligned with their goals and interests. Together, they shape a personal creative project—conceptual, visual, written, strategic, or exploratory. FORM is not about perfection; it’s about evolution.
Season starts January 5th, 2026
How FORM Works
FORM unfolds over several weeks. Selected mentees are paired with selected mentors across professional and creative fields including design, content, beauty, photography, entrepreneurship, and more.
Guided sessions encourage clarity, expansion, and intentional creative exploration.
Throughout the process, mentees work on a personal project that takes shape naturally over time.
The FORM Project
Mentees bring a personal project to life. It may be:
- a brand or creative concept
- a story, campaign, or narrative
- a written piece or voice exploration
- a portfolio evolution or repositioning
- a visual or editorial study
- an early-stage product or idea
FORM supports exploration, clarity, and alignment—not deadlines or pressure.
Be a Mentor
Mentors are professionals with experience across business, creative or entrepreneurial fields. If you have at least two years working in your craft, industry, or practice, you can guide someone stepping into their next chapter.
Mentors offer a grounded perspective, conversation, and support to emerging creatives.
Be a Mentee
FORM is for people who are exploring transition, starting something new, seeking clarity, or evolving their creative identity.
Applicants should be curious, open, and ready to engage with guided development.
