Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours, with same-day fulfillment for orders placed before your cut-off time. U.S. domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take 2–4 weeks; duties for Canadian orders are prepaid at checkout. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis—please note that international PO boxes are excluded and duties or taxes may apply. Every order includes tracking, which you’ll receive via email within 24 hours of dispatch; however, delays due to factors like customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact hello@forah.co with your order number so we can assist.
