Operations & Supply Chain Lead (Part-Time / Fractional, Contract)

FORAH is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Lead to own the backend of the business across inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.

This is a part-time, high-impact contract role (15–25 hours/week) for someone who understands how to build and manage systems that support a growing DTC and wholesale brand.

You will be responsible for ensuring operations run cleanly across multiple warehouses (US + Canada), managing 3PL relationships, and supporting wholesale and retail order execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own inventory accuracy and management across US and Canada warehouses (Shopify + 3PL systems)
  • Manage 3PL relationships, including performance, SLAs, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Oversee fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery
  • Coordinate and execute wholesale orders (PO management, routing, logistics, compliance)
  • Build and maintain operational systems (inventory tracking, forecasting, reporting)
  • Support production planning, restocks, and SKU launches
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively prevent stockouts or overselling
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies across fulfillment, inventory, and CX
  • Maintain clean, reliable data across all systems

You Are

  • Experienced in DTC operations, supply chain, or fulfillment (3+ years preferred)
  • Familiar with Shopify, 3PL platforms, and modern ecommerce tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
  • Comfortable owning outcomes and working independently
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Experienced managing multiple moving pieces across regions and partners

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-warehouse or cross-border logistics (US/Canada)
  • Background in beauty, skincare, or CPG brands
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and freight/logistics coordination
  • Experience with wholesale operations (Faire, direct accounts, routing guides)
  • Expereince using AI tools and evolving technologies to test, refine, and implement systems that keep operations lean, efficient, and built for scale.
