Wholesale Sales Director (US & CAN) — Contract
FORAH is looking for a Wholesale Sales Director (US & CAN) to lead retail expansion and key account growth.
This is a contract role focused on building meaningful retail partnerships and growing FORAH’s presence in premium retail environments.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and managing relationships with key retailers.
Responsibilities
- Lead wholesale growth strategy across the US market
- Identify, pitch, and secure new retail partners aligned with the brand
- Manage relationships with key accounts and buyers
- Own outreach, follow-ups, and account development pipeline
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and order structures
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless order execution and fulfillment
- Support onboarding of new accounts (training, merchandising, sell-in)
- Represent FORAH in a way that reflects brand positioning and standards
- Track performance across accounts and identify opportunities for growth
You Are
- Experienced in wholesale sales, retail partnerships, or business development
- Well-connected within beauty, wellness, or premium retail
- A strong communicator with a thoughtful, brand-aligned approach
- Self-directed, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, entrepreneurial structure
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with retailers such as Credo, Erewhon, Sephora, or similar
- Experience scaling a brand through wholesale channels
- Understanding of luxury positioning within retail environments
Role Details
- Contract role (remote, US-focused)
- Flexible hours, performance-driven
- Compensation structure to be discussed (retainer + commission or commission-based)
